4 10 inch flour tortillas

1 recipe Green Onion Aioli

2 cup shredded rotisserie chicken

2 cup thinly sliced leaf lettuce

8 slices bacon, crisp-cooked

2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled, and sliced

¾ cup quartered grape tomatoes

½ cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz.)
Green Onion Aioli

1 cup mayonnaise

6 tablespoon chopped green onions

4 teaspoon lemon juice
-
2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
Directions

Spread each tortilla with 2 Tbsp. of the Green Onion Aioli to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Layer bottom halves with chicken, lettuce, bacon, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese. Fold in opposite sides; roll up tortillas. Serve with remaining aioli for dipping.
